Linenwood Home is currently a fully digital design consulting service offering flat fee Digital Design Boards. This platform makes interior design accessible to everyone at any budget. Whether you are starting with a blank slate or just wanting to spruce up a room in your house, Digital Design Boards are the most inexpensive way to achieve a designer look. These fully digital design service boards allow you to purchase furnishings at your own pace, on your own time, according to your specific budget needs.
What You Get:
*One personalized Design Board per room, using any existing pieces and designer picked new pieces.
*Designer suggested layout to maximize the space in your room.
*One revision to as many items necessary {a happy client is always my goal}.
*Interactive shopping list with links to all approved items on the design board.
*Both Retail and To the Trade sourcing is available, depending on client needs.

* Design board rates are determined upon the amount of furniture and accessories go into an average room. All rates are for average sized rooms and include one personalized design board per room, an overall room layout if applicable, and 1 revision of any items on the board that the client chooses. A charge of $135 will be billed for any additional revisions beyond the first revision. If the space is an extra large room, additional charges may apply. Kitchens and Bathrooms are fixture design only, digital design is not intended for a full remodel service*
{Steps to take}
Once you have decided upon the room you want to design, here are the easy next steps:
Take a picture of each side of your room so the designer can fully see the space - back up fully to the opposite wall to get the entire wall being photographed.
Designer will provide an initial room layout for measurement purposes.
Take measurements of all walls, windows, fireplaces, doors, and openings.
Provide designer with images and measurements of any furnishings you wish to incorporate into the space.
Provide designer with 2-3 images of your dream room.
Sit back, relax, and wait for your personalized board to be delivered to your email.
Approve your awesome board and wait for a personalized shopping list with links to all of the pieces.
Go shopping and decorate your room at your own pace.
