{Design Consultation} Step One

When considering services provided by Linenwood Home, a one hour design consultation is your first step.  During this hour, I will come to your space to discuss your design needs.  You have me for an hour, so you can ask all the questions you want!  If necessary, I will also measure the space during this time. After our hour together, I will draft up a proposal so you know exactly what services will cost. There is no obligation to commit to any of these services.  One Hour Design Consultations are a flat fee of $75.

{Inspiration Board} Services

Whether you are starting with a blank slate or just wanting to spruce up a room in your house, Inspiration Boards are the most inexpensive way to get a designer look without high designer fees.  Inspiration Boards are a flat fee and start at $175 depending on the size of the room you wish to design. These boards allow you to purchase furnishings at your own pace, on your own time, according to your specific budget needs.

What You Get:

*One personalized Inspiration Board, using any existing pieces, new pieces, placement recommendations, and a resource / price list.

*One revisions, if necessary {if you don't like something, the designer will happily find another option - a happy client is the ultimate goal}

{Full Design} Services

Full design services walk you through the design process from start to finish. Time is estimated per room and billed at an hourly rate.  This service is perfect for those who are out of town, do not have the time to go out and purchase new pieces for their space, or who want a more personalized design experience.

What You Get:

*One Hour Design Consultation - Designer will visit your space, obtain dimensions, and determine your needs based on an overall budget.

*Full Inspiration Board services as seen above.

*Designer will order and purchase all new furnishings and decor at the client's request, passing along any designer discounts available.

*Designer will help arrange all furnishings in the room and stage the space for a completed look.

*If needed, designer will arrange and be present for all deliveries.

*If needed, designer can provide installation services at an additional cost (hanging artwork, assembling furnishings, installing lighting, etc.)

{Renovation or Building Design} Services

If  you are building or renovating a home, linenwood home can assist with your whole house design needs.  These services can be tailored to your specific needs to include: paint colors, flooring options, plumbing fixtures, kitchen countertops, bathroom fixtures, lighting, mirrors, and more. Because these options are fully customizable, please contact linenwood home to discuss your specific needs.
